Legend of the Seas: A Floating Resort at Sea

When people ask me what Legend of the Seas is like, my answer is simple: it's not just a cruise ship, it's a destination in its own right.

I sailed on Legend of the Seas in July 2026 and was amazed by how the ship is organised into different neighbourhoods, each with its own atmosphere. Whether you want excitement, relaxation, great food or family fun, there's a space designed just for that.

🌳 Central Park was my favourite. It's hard to believe you're at sea when you're surrounded by over 50,000 plants, trees and flowers, with restaurants and bars tucked amongst the greenery.

🎭 Royal Promenade is the vibrant heart of the ship, packed with shops, cafés, bars and entertainment.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Surfside is perfect for families, with splash zones, places to eat and plenty to keep younger children entertained.

☀️ Pool & Sports Zone offers pools, waterslides and activities for all ages, while the stunning AquaDome combines spectacular ocean views with world-class entertainment.

🎹 One of my highlights was the Dueling Pianos, where guests sang along and the atmosphere was electric. The entertainment throughout the ship was outstanding, particularly the spectacular ice show, the breathtaking AquaTheater dive show, and the fun-filled Wonka-themed production, which was a huge hit with families.

🍹 Add in a fantastic selection of bars and lounges, 🍽️ an impressive choice of restaurants, and live music around almost every corner, and you'll never run out of things to do.

Whether you're travelling as a family, a couple or with friends, there's genuinely something for everyone. Every day brought a new discovery, and every evening felt different.
